The Warwick Gliding Centre offers flight training from first flight through to cross country soaring. With some of the most experienced instructors in Australia, you will be flying like a professional in no time.
Why should i learn to fly gliders?

- Gliding is very safe
- It is one of the few sports that allows you to fly with eagles
- A gliding license is a great introduction to a Powered Pilots License
- You can fly for hours, using the sun's energy.
- It is much cheaper than flying to fly powered aircraft (why use fuel when you don't have to!)
Once a member of the Warwick Gliding Centre, and the Gliding Federation of Australia, flying rates are 50 cents per minute (thats only $30 per hour!), plus aerotow costs (typically $30 per flight). In many cases, people have gone from no experience to solo for less than $1000!
