The Warwick Gliding Centre is a non profit organisation run by its members. Flying with the Warwick Gliding Centre is cheap because the cost of flying is basically covering exactly that; "the cost of flying". All instructors and Tow pilots are volunteers who fly because they want to, not because they are paid to.
